Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
KAGDM Tours and Trips(“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our booking process, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It's written to align with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
Information we collect
When you enquire, book a trip, submit a review, or use our website, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, travel dates and preferences, payment confirmation details (we do not store full card numbers), and messages you send us, including through the Zuri AI chat widget.
How we use your information
We use this information to prepare quotations, confirm and manage bookings, communicate with you about your trip, respond to enquiries, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third parties involved in processing
We use Supabase to store booking, package, and review data, and Google's Gemini API to power the Zuri chat widget on this site — messages you send Zuri are processed by Google to generate a response. We work with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides who receive only the booking details necessary to deliver your trip.
Cookies
This site may use basic cookies or local storage to remember preferences such as your selected currency. We do not use these for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver your trip, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
