Package prices shown on this site are indicative and in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise; prices in other currencies are approximate conversions. A written quotation issued for your specific dates and group size is what applies to your booking. Prices can change before a deposit is paid, for example due to hotel rate or exchange rate changes.

A booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit. The deposit amount and balance due date will be stated on your quotation or invoice. Full payment is generally required before departure. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payment.

Because we pay hotels, transport providers, and park fees in advance on your behalf, cancellations made closer to your departure date may forfeit part or all of your deposit. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before you pay. If you need to change your travel dates, contact us as early as possible so we can check availability with our partners.

We act as an agent arranging accommodation, transport, guiding, and activities through third-party hotels, transport operators, and guides. We select partners we trust, but we are not the direct operator of every service included in your trip, and our liability is limited to the arrangements we make on your behalf.

You're responsible for holding a valid passport/ID, any required visa or eTA, relevant vaccinations, and adequate travel insurance for your trip. Please share any medical conditions or special requirements with us before departure so we can plan accordingly.

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government action, strikes, or civil unrest. Where possible, we will work with you and our partners to rebook or minimize the impact.
